[IC]Hugging this character: UH SURE. He will look at you funny and shove you off eventually, though.

Flirting with this character: Sure, go ahead. He'd probably be confused and/or amused by it.
Fighting with this character: It's kind of inevitable, really. Run it by me first, though.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: He has some pretty sturdy mental walls put up. You can if you're that good at it--but just remember there's a reason why people who come into contact with Ruvik's mind become insane themselves.
Warnings: Ruvik is not mentally well--which is a massive understatement, but there you have it. He has endured extreme psychological trauma, including PTSD from injury, and child abuse. He is a serial killer. He enjoys toying with people and experimenting on their brains. This guy is his own trigger warning. That's not to say that gen threads are impossible--but please, if you have anything you are uncomfortable with in Ruvik's background, let me know so I can avoid mentioning it.
